Anne Marie D’Agostino works in diverse media formats, her origins were in fine letterpress printing, book design and oversized mixed media wall sculptures. She published seven works on her antique Vandercook proof press, the Sanity Press. Most of her early work was based on her love of Architectural rendering and local history. Anne Marie developed a style based on her love of line, color and connecting to temporal issues.
By day, Anne Marie, an artist and a teacher, evokes the artist within her middle school students at Jane Addams Middle School in Lawndale, California. Her students have won many awards with the Lion’s Club, Rotary Club, P.S. ARTS and the Graffiti Art Project. She magically drives art through others.
